COVID-19 REPORTING
Students and staff are asked to report coronavirus-related information (positive results, quarantine, symptoms) throughout Winter Break. Doing so will allow our leadership to review data in early January to make the best possible decisions grounded in safety regarding our district operations in the New Year. Please report any COVID-19 information using the surveys below. The survey must be completed through a District email/device.
