Here are a few tips to help your child succeed during the SCPASS & SC Ready Tests.
- Make sure your son/daughter is in school each day during testing. Students seem to test better if they are taking the test on the same day as their peers; therefore, we are asking that you PLEASE do not schedule doctor, dentist, or other appointments during testing dates.
- Make sure your son/daughter reports to school on time (7:40 a.m.). SC Ready & SCPASS Testing will begin promptly each morning at 8:00 a.m.
- Make sure your son/daughter is well rested and eats breakfast. REMEMBER: Breakfast is available for students who choose to eat breakfast at school.
- Encourage your son/daughter to do his/her VERY BEST on the tests. A few encouraging words before the test could be a great help to them.
