OCSD's Child Find Team is here to help screen and evaluate children, ages 3-21, who may have a disability and are not receiving services.

  • Carver-Edisto Middle School will be hosting our FIRST Mister and Miss CEMS Pageant. The titles that can be won by participating in this pageant are Mister and Miss CEMS, Mister and Miss 8th Grade, Mister and Miss 7th Grade and Mister and Miss 6th Grade! If you are interested please email Mrs. Alford-Taylor at Johnerra.alford@ocsdsc.org for more information. The pageant interest meeting will take place virtually at 5:30pm on next Monday, March 1, 2021.

  • 6th Grade and 7th Grade Eureka Math Module 3 will be available for pick up (virtual students only) starting on Monday, February 8, 2021. Please report to the Customer Service window to pick up textbooks. Hybrid students will be distributed textbooks on Tuesday (2.9.2021) and Thursday (2.11.2021) while in school. All 6th and 7th grade students will start using Eureka Math Module 3 on February 15, 2021.

  • Any students interested in playing baseball, softball, soccer or running track please contact Coach Washington at jamar.washington@ocsdsc.org or 803-534-3554 Ext. 1546.  Please leave your contact information along with student(s) name.  Sports packets can be picked up at the school between 8:00 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday.

    ALL 8th grade students must have a completed Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) before going to high school.  The IGP link will be added by your teacher to TEAMS and CANVAS.  Contact the guidance department if you have any questions at 803-534-3554.
