  • Please be reminded that Wednesday, April 14, we will host our Employee COVID-19 (Second Dose) Vaccination Clinics. Clinics will not be held Thursday, April 15, as all appointments were able to be scheduled in a single day. Students will still participate in asynchronous learning  both Wednesday and Thursday.

Just like the previous Vaccination Clinic (held March 17), vaccinations will be provided at three designated sites throughout the District. Employees must come to the clinic during their designated times.

Security personnel will assist with parking and directing faculty and staff members to the entrances of the clinics. Signage will also help direct employees to the appropriate areas.

Faculty and staff must be wearing their OCSD id badges to enter the building and receive their vaccine.

  • Students enrolled in End of Course Examination Program (EOCEP or EOC) courses will participate in the state’s assessment program during the month of February and March. The EOC is a statewide assessment program of end-of-course tests for gateway courses in English/language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.  Because your child was enrolled in Algebra I/Intermediate Algebra, Biology, U.S. History, or English 1 and II during the fall semester, he/she will take these tests.

The EOC must be taken face-to-face, meaning students must come to school to take it. Parents must provide transportation for students. We will observe all social distancing guidelines. Students will be required to wear face masks while they are on campus.

Please encourage students to take their time on the tests so that they can perform well. Please make arrangements during our EOC testing dates so that appointments do not interfere with the testing schedule. In order for your child to do his or her best work on the test, please help your child do the following:

    • Eat a good breakfast - Get enough sleep and rest
