Procurement Department Overview
The mission of the Procurement Department of the Orangeburg County School District is to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the District, to maximize the purchasing value of public funds, and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity. We will perform our department procedures in accordance with the ethical practices of the procurement profession. Activities and procedures of the Procurement Department are regulated by and must comply with the Orangeburg County School District Procurement Code, policies of the Board of Trustees, and all applicable state and federal laws.
