ACA 1095-C INFORMATION (Proof of Health Coverage)
Orangeburg County School District is NOT REQUIRED to provide printed copies of the 1095-C forms to all employees. 1095 forms will be available for all employees eligible to receive one no later than March 2, 2026 as required by the IRS. 1095-C forms ARE NOT REQUIRED TO FILE YOUR TAXES.
Any employee/former employee, who would like to have a printed copy, must request it in writing by contacting:
