About SC VocRehab Job Retention Services

South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation’s (SC VocRehab) Job Retention Services are designed to assist individuals in overcoming challenges that may impact their ability to continue working. If you are experiencing difficulties that could affect your job performance, SC VocRehab provides personalized assistance and solutions to support your success.

Available Services Include:

• Personalized Evaluation: A tailored assessment of your situation to understand the challenges you are facing at work.
• Individualized Service Plans: Custom strategies that address your specific needs, whether they are physical, emotional, or environmental.
• Worksite Accommodations: Assistance in identifying and implementing reasonable adjustments at your workplace to help you perform your job more effectively.
• Therapy and Rehabilitation: Access to physical, occupational, or speech therapy if required.
• Training and Skills Development: Opportunities for retraining or skill enhancement to meet the demands of your role or a modified position.
• Health Management Support: Coordination with healthcare providers for ongoing support and wellness.

Who Can Benefit?

Any Orangeburg County School District employee who is struggling with job retention due to an illness, injury, or disability may qualify for these services. SC VocRehab is dedicated to empowering individuals and helping them continue contributing to their organizations.
