I was born and raised in Orangeburg, SC. After receiving my undergraduate degree from Limestone College in Gaffney, SC, I then received my masters degree in early childhood education from SCSU. Additionally, I completed my 30 hours beyond at SCSU. I have taught first grade at Marshall Elementary for 30+ years, enjoying each year and have found it very rewarding.
