OCSD Facilities Rental Information
Orangeburg County School District’s school board members approved the lawful use of school buildings and other district owned facilities by responsible community groups when such use is for public rather than private activities. The use of district facilities will be restricted to those times and conditions under which the planned activities will not interfere with or be detrimental to the district’s instructional program and other educational activities. All groups will submit a FACILITIES RENTAL APPLICATION AND CONTRACT (Please reference KF-R1 HERE) for use of facilities to Celeste Gardner, in the Operations Department, at Celeste.Gardner@ocsdsc.org. Requests for the use of district facilities should be completed and submitted to the Operations Department at least 21 days prior to, and not more than 90 days before, the date of the requested use.
