Parent/Guardian Opinion Survey


Parents and Guardians are encouraged to complete a survey to share their opinions. The information from this annual survey from the State Department of Education provides valuable feedback to our principals, teachers, School Improvement Councils, and other stakeholders as we work together to identify areas where we're doing well, as well as those where improvement may be needed. Survey results also appear on annual school report cards issued by the State Department of Education.

The survey will measure opinions of home and school relations, the school’s learning, social and physical environment.

Thank you, in advance, for completing a survey for each of your children attending an Orangeburg County School District school by Friday, May 28.
