Dr. Shawn Foster Named Among Educators on NIET’s 2024-2026 Advisory Board

Orangeburg County School District is proud to spotlight Dr. Shawn Foster, Superintendent, for being named to the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET) 2024-2026 Educator Advisory Board. Dr. Foster’s inclusion on this esteemed board reflects his commitment to ensuring that every student has access to quality teachers and learning opportunities.

NIET, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing educational excellence, relies on the expertise of national partners to support innovation and improvement in schools. The Educator Advisory Board contributes directly to NIET’s mission by offering valuable insights that drive impactful strategies and tools for educators across the country.
