Orangeburg County School District (OCSD) proudly recognizes Popeyes and Tropical Smoothie Café as the Employee Perks Partners of the Month. This special honor goes to owners Sidney and Jacquelyn Fulton, a dedicated husband-and-wife team whose commitment to excellence in business is matched only by their passion for serving the Orangeburg community.

Through the OCSD Employee Perks Program, Popeyes and Tropical Smoothie Café provide meaningful discounts and benefits to district employees, showing appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our teachers, administrators, and support staff. The Employee Perks Program is designed to recognize the invaluable service of OCSD employees by offering exclusive discounts and benefits at local, state, and national businesses. By partnering with generous business owners like the Fultons, OCSD continues to build bridges between schools and the community, reinforcing the shared mission of preparing every student for success, by supporting their person, purpose, and/or platform. Underscoring that mission, district leadership points to how partnerships create lasting support for students, staff, and families.

In addition to the program's benefits, OCSD highlights the Fultons' active involvement, including their participation in the Principal for a Day event, which allows them to connect with students, educators, and administrators while supporting education. They also endorsed Convocation 2025 with meals for our student participants, ensuring that our scholars were celebrated and cared for during this district-wide event.
