Orangeburg County School District extends heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Erica S. This award highlights the vital contributions of school communications professionals across North America who advance the fields of school marketing and communications with innovation and dedication.

Dr. Taylor’s 20-year career in education communications has made a profound impact on OCSD and the wider K-12 education community. Since joining OCSD, Dr. Taylor has championed initiatives to strengthen communication, build partnerships, and enhance community engagement. Her visionary leadership continues to elevate the district’s profile while fostering strong connections with families, students, and community stakeholders.

“Dr. Taylor’s leadership in school communications is exceptional, and her contributions have greatly enriched our district’s mission. Her expertise and innovative strategies have advanced our work in ways that will benefit our students and families for years to come,” said OCSD Superintendent Dr. Shawn D. Foster on Dr. Taylor's accomplishments.

The winner was announced at the annual SchoolCEO Conference, presented by Apptegy in Little Rock.
